Hi all,

I have a big problem, i bought a GH4 Z15 5 months ago, and everything was ok, untill now. When i start my S1000+, 80% of time, the gimball shows red light in front, and i have no image on my ipad, using Lightbridge. When i restart the s1000 for more then 4-6 times, then the gimball starts broadcasting the image and the green light is on. But as soon as i fly, the red light turns on again and i loose image and telemetry. In other words, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesent. Outside temperatures are be between 5-10 degrees, so it would work, but i realized when i am inside in a house, the green light is on 70% of time, but when outside, i cant get the green light to go on.

The problem is, i dont have a replacement gimbal, so i really need to know what to do now.

Can anyone please help, DJI? Should i return the gimbal?

This might be caused by the cold weather, the IMU module is abnormal. Try to warm the gimbal before use, if it still persist, please contact technical support for repair.
