After several flights, I  have no throttle response after engine start. Help?

Difficult to help without more information.
Have you changed anything since the last successful flight ?
Switched control modes on the transmitter ?

Good question. Only change I made was to replace SD card.

What SD card did you replace the old one with ?
Not that it should make a difference.
Mode 1 and 2 can be switched in the RC assistant if you accidently click the wrong one, mode 2 is usual with the throttle on the left stick, mode 1 uses the throttle on the right stick.

Replaced the original 4GB San Disk with a 32 GB Lexar. I confirm mode status. Thanks for the help.

Do you have two little flashing lights at bottom left of the remote controller software? if not , you are not actually connected.  You will need to download the DRIVERS first, then the software..

that's the problem. RC system install v1.2 and DJI WIN Driver installer have been installed. Did I get it right? Thanks for the help.
