Hello folks,
In the flight logs, when you play it back, there is usually an icon of a phantom at the upper left most corner with the name you used when you registered the first time.

However, this one shows a different icon that says "Recovered Data".

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light as to what it means. I've had no crashes whatsoever, hardware nor software.

Please don't worry about that ! Are you using an android device ? This could happen in some android devices .

Hi RHP,

I flagged a possible glitch that I understood was implying a crash that never happened. DJI-P confirmed it, albeit on another device.

I really wanted to know what was causing it, i.e., sudden voltage drops or just a bug in the DJI GO app?  

From DJI-P's reply, the glitch seems more of a bug in the app affecting both android and iOS devices and does not pose a threat to the safe use of the equipment hence, I drop the issue and move on.

Recovered Data means the summary Info part of flight record file is damaged.

So DJI GO scan the file again to regenerate summary info for flight record table part display.

To be specific: the flight record did not get the drone's name right.

It may be caused by:
1. kill  DJI GO app when flying.
2. DJI GO app still cannot get drone's name when finishing flight record.

We will optimise this part to let these things have less chance to occur.

Hi ytao i have a problem with my P4, it says recovered data with all the flight lohg and it doenst even save the flag country when i fly in another country, what can i do about it
all my fly date goes to recovered data please help
