Yes I am happy with the lower price - So I bought it - i gave DJI my Credit Card number and DJI got paid !

Now I am stuck ---- waiting for delivery --- I can't even get a tracking number ---

This is why I'm happy I bought mine from Best Buy. Bought it like 5 weeks ago and have until 1/15/16 to return for full refund. I ended up buying a standard and pro, returned the pro because I couldn't solve the jittery video playback the 4k camera on the pro. (tried different media players, different machines). No questions asked when I returned the drone, though it was still in perfect condition.

I'd highly suggest ordering on bestbuy.com and selecting in-store pick up if possible. Seems like DJI shipping is giving people headaches.

I'm in the same Jar of pickles. Put my Phantom Pro 3 order on the 14th and I'm still waiting for it to ship. Got the excuse that because I ordered accessories some might be on backorder and won't ship till they arrive...When I put in my Order everything was in stock "ready to ship 1-3 after payment" checked again today and all my accessories are still showing in stock...what gives... was really hoping for a 24th delivery.

Got 1/2 my order (the backpack) but no Drone.  FedEx tracking says they haven't even received the other package (the actual Drone) from DJI yet the backpack just got delivered to my house an hour ago.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Amazon.....almost never have any issues. Almost always ships within hours of my order and not this 1-3 business days crap.

Dear jonh, as I checked and confirmed with our logistics colleagues, all orders with tracking number have been sent to FedEx already. But the courier is quite busy now and they may not be able to update tracking info in time. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The backpack tracking was updated just fine.  If FedEx got both packages at the same time it would not make sense that the problem would be with their tracking.  Can you please double check my order # (001149179069)?  This was guaranteed to be delivered by 12/23 (yesterday) and I still have not received it.  If it is not going to arrive today or tomorrow can you please refund my order?

It is FedEx's peak season now and I'm not sure  the  exact time that the  backpack will be delivered . We accept return request if customers report within 7 working days after delivery and product not used.
