Why not take the camera of the OSMO and ship the handles to those of us  who have paid  for and are waiting nearly two months for delivery. Its a disgrace.

Why didn't i think of that??? Sooooo true!

Then again - they have neither got the X5 adaptor nor firmware ready, so it won't be of any use to me anyway.

I'm sitting on the X5, three batteries, tripod, extension, car mount & extension.....all held to ransom by a handle kit and adaptor.

I'm doing Singapore & Hong Kong, Christmas week, and this lot won't be here - you can tell by the tone of the customer service people.

I reckon I'll be waiting for flippin' ages.

Never again.

I'm strongly considering selling the Inspire and the associated equipment and cancelling the OSMO handle-only order.  This isn't how a company treats customers.  I too am missing out on using the OSMO on a shoot next week.  Wouldn't it be great if there was even a chance to receive the product by then?  This process is a joke.  DJI continually guessed.  DJI continually missed the target.  The fact that a product component is shipping briskly as part of a larger product kit (the more expensive kit with the camera) is a pure shame.  All the while, the OSMO handle kit buyers wait.  I entered this process when it was a 20-30 business day waiting period for shipping.  DJI cannot figure it out?   You have our money.  Many have been waiting for over 2 months.  Marvel us with you technical innovation.  Disgust us with your customer service.  Customers will be lost.  All the while, billions are being made.  Oh well, push them under the carpet.
