after shooting some moments during a wedding, OSMO started vibrating violently at certain angle, and now this..(watch the video).
It looks like it's locked in wrong way or something but I have not done anything differently.
I know another member posted something similar, but would like to get help directly from DJI or anyone who knows how to fix this.
Thanks so much!

Hi, this is a quality issue, please contact your dealer or DJI technical support for a free RMA or replacement and attach this forum link. Thank you. By the way, could you please send the SN number of your Osmo? It's on the gimbal.

Hi, I am afraid it's not the serial number, please check your Osmo gimbal axis, it's on the roll axis arm, starting with 06P**************. Thank you.
