Do you have flight logs?  If so, you should have them looked at.  You can upload them to DJI for analysis or there are other options.

I connected the phantom to the PC and I downloaded two files that were inside it. How can I read these files?

Right at the end your left stick is pulled all the way down in the graphics, this would case your motors to switch off.
I could be well off the mark with this, i hope i am, but its easy to do.
I hope to be proved wrong and you get a replacement Phantom.
