Just wanted to know since apparently DJI is rolling "properly" labeled Inspire 1´s this month... so are you getting the correct T601 model with FCC ID 1015?

yes, this issue has been solved, inspire1  2.0 purchased this month has 1015 sticker

DJI Europe just told me the T601 does not exist...

So far I have two sources that have confirmed that the problem is fixed. I wont REALLY know until mine arrives. I will keep everyone updated

I hope to say this in the nicest way possible,

but I hope the problem you are facing is simply allocated in the Europe region and not a worldwide problem.
From what I have heard, the frequency may be too strong for the legal standards over there, so that may be why you are getting a 1410.

Just my speculation.

The Inspire1 will be T600, the Inspire Pro will be T600, the Inspire V2 X3 will be T601

I am proud to say I have an Inspire V2 X3 on its way. It arrives Tuesday. The hype is real!

The new V2 has more output power.
Honestly there is probably not much of a noticeable difference so if you already have an Inspire, regardless of version, it all will fly very similar.
However I want the extra output power and all the pluses the V2 includes. It's my platform for now so when the X5R releases, I can just buy the camera unit.

I got a true V2 inspire 1.

Dji Tim and Ken, I received my Inspire 1 ver 2.0 x-3 from Atlanta Hobby December 9 or 10 and it has the new motors, props, and extra cost but has the FCC 1410 sticker on it. I feel I probably got and old inspire with added parts and not a true Version 2.0 what should I do?

I just got one last night and it's anT600 and the RC is. C model. Although I bought it used, there's really not a difference between the the two.
Just be happy you have an incredible piece of machinery and go fly and enjoy it.

I would talk to your dealer about it.

If its a T600 or T601 doesnt matter very much. Thats only for the parts DJI assembled like different motors, props.

What DOES matter is the FCC ID:

If its FCC ID: SS3-WM6101510 it has 5dbm more power output then WM6101410. The 1510 exist since beginning of december when DJI changes the specs of ALL Inpires to 5km range. However some dealers will of course still have plenty of stock of old 1410 versions in their warehouses and hope to get them away to someone not aware of this................
This means that ALL new delivered Inspire should be new 1510 versions as otherwise they cannot have 5km range as advertised. This is a hardware not a software change!

Also new 658C RC has 5dbm more output then old 658B.

All this information has already been discussed here about a month ago - so I can just wonder why no one including DJI Ken has any idea of it............

Yes, the T601 have the correct FCC ID 1510 (or at least mine does)

And I have to agree with you that dealers are pushing the V2 with the old 1410. I called a dealer before I ordered from DJI and I asked them if it was the new FCC 1510 V2, they stated that no one has them (bs)

I understand that they are very similar and it is a minimal upgrade, but I think I speak for others when I say I want the top of the line, whether it is noticeable or not.

Before you purchase from a dealer, have them double check the FCC number. Simple as that.

I got mine and its a legit T601, and I got it directly from DJI.

Ill make a video soon on all the markings that came on mine.

I will say this, I am not sure if its the firmware or the hardware, but my GPS signal has been AMAZING along with my Remote connectivity.

My old Inspire 1 always got a good GPS signal, but it was have like a 10-12 rating. My new V2 now has a solid 17 GPS rating when flown in the exact same position. (Not sure if the scale has been changed in new firmware, so I am just reporting my findings)

My local dealer in the Netherlands, ordered for me an inspire v2.0 somewhere between 21-27 December by DJI. Just to be sure to get the  V2 X3  T601   FC1510.
The package arrived December 30.
On the box is a big blue ‘D’  and when I opened the box I could see through the plastic T600 FC1410

I'm frustrated about this, yes the T600 is great, but not what I ordered and paid for.
So DJI, why are you still sending two different V2.0 versions randomly?
Tomorrow I'll return my bird to my local dealer and ask him to reorder and hopefully I get a V2.0 T601 FC1510.
Can you tell me when they can order a “true” T601?

Honestly, a V2 is a V2 if you have a 1410 or a 1510 I don't think you are going to notice a difference. DJI didn't change the range from 3 to 5km because of 1410 to 1510. The range also changed to the same distance  on the Phantom Pro/Advanced as well.

Bad business practice, rebox old inventory with new motors... Yet older hardware, change sticker. Relabel as new model.

There's already posts all over this forum about people having both FCCID1410 and 1510 and said that they haven't noticed any difference in range.
I know DJI increased the range for the Phantom3 and Inspire to 5km on the website because people were getting way more range then the 3km that was listed before.

All I am stating is that there's other people on this and other forums that have said they have both and are getting similar range.
Mine is the 1410 and when I get a chance I will borrow a 1510 and test it out for myself and let you know my findings.
