Hi

I just received a stunning Phantom 2 Vision +, it worked fine until I installed the latest firmware: Red LED and message: "not DJI intelligent battery" ???

- Is it possible to return to the old firmware version ???

- Is it possible to make a complete reset of the device to reset it with the same parameter has purchase ???

I'm trying to determine if this battery is a genuine DJI battery or a clone.  DJI has in the code to disable cloned batteries in the update.  The cloned batteries are not authorized.

You can try to download the older version , but uninstall the newer version first.  I'm not sure this will work,  The genuine FJI batteries will start out with DJ on the serial number on the bottom of the battery at the barcode.  I would also contact the place you purchased it.  Good luck!

Plug it in to your computer after you have the lower version.  If that doesn't work, contact the place where you purchased it.

I have the same problem .. but I have two green lights in the middle on when I push the power button ... the serial number below the bar code on the end of the battery is does start with a "DJ"

The battery came with the drone packaged with the drone.
the serial number on the end of the battery is DJ070014091125018
The battery did work and charge with no problems for approx. 4-5 charges.

I haven't ran tests per say but here's what I have done.
Battery out of drone:
push button once = two green lights in center come on ... no flashing no red light.
Push button again once = lights off

Battery in drone seated properly, all contacts clean and functioning fine with other battery:
push button once = drone powers up, yellow lights flash then solid red, will connect to controller and control camera... will not start props.
push button once = drone powers down immediately.

(note pushing the buttons in the sequence normally needed to power up the intelligent battery doesn't do anything, the first push turns it on (two green lights) and the second push and hold turns it off)

Powered up and plugged into the DJI assistant app (Mac) :
App immediately notifies me that the battery is "Not a DJI intelligent battery"
Scan for updates on battery = no updates.

The two green lights in the middle have to mean something to someone on here.

You need to contact your dealer ASAP.
The issue can't get fixed by your own.

Hi, i have exactly the same problem. I made around 15 flights  with my battery and suddenly without any update the two middle lights went on.

My Phantom works fine with another battery and though i already cleaned this one i don't seem to find a solution.

Any additional advise?
