Phantom 2 V2, Hero 3, H3-3D

I connected the Gimbal as shown, even used zip ties so the Gimbal would not hit when rotated. Connected Hero 3 powered up Phantom Hero was at a 45* looking down but when power came up on the phantom only camera faced straight ahead rotated side to side and then faced back down at a 45* angle, it will move 5* side to side but not up or down rear lights flashing yellow slow, start rotors rear lights yellow front lights Red camera not rotating.

What am I doing WRONG ???? Please help.     

First, check all plugs and electrical connections. Re-do 'em.

You probably have the S1 switch in the middle position.  Check the little card that came attached to your remote for the LED codes.  (Slow yellow, ready to fly w/o GPS)   Better yet, download and read through the user manual

Regarding the gimbal, open the Vision Assistant software and go to the RC tab under basic, make sure you have the correct transmitter type selected, run through the sticks monitor and X1 calibration.  Then go to the gimbal tab under Advanced and adjust the vertical and horizontal limits.
