So, if I use my Inspire 1 Pro for business use, am I able to use the web based system to register my one quadcopter? It seems that is for non-proffesional use only and I need to file by "paper" for now until they figure out the commercial registration process? If someone could shed some light on that it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Just did mine. It's free if you register prior to Jan 21, 2016. ($5 refunded). No questions regarding how many aircraft or what they are. You're required to permanently affix your UAS CERTIFICATE NUMBER to all aircrafts is all it asks once completed.

I just registered my UAS.... The process and info required was surprisingly simple and non invasive. Just your name and address really. Didn't even ask about the UAS.

It is still non commercial. The registration is for recreational and hobby.

Tim, they may be blocking all other Countries other than the US. If that is what they are doing, what will happen if you travel to the US and want to use your Quad?

Scooter, consider the time and aggravation to get the $5.00 back. They can keep it. You will probably spend 1-2 dollars in postage alone. We are dealing with the Government here. Nothing is easy.
