Well I crashed my drone and ordered a new body which came without camera and battery. So I installed the camera, plugged in the battery and fired it up. The drone doesn't make connection with the remote controller. The motors of the new body are the old ones, not version 2.

Now I'm stuck

Hey @txpander, you have to ask your retailer for support, as they are able to properly inspect the crash and it consequences. Once it's done you should be able to order the spare parts for your bird

That's not the issue. Drone crashed due to loosen upper body after motor replacement. However I somehow managed to link the RC with the craft and it all works fine.

Have you tried re-linking?

Simply go to the app and click on the menu.  Then select the RC icon and at the bottom it will have an option of "Linking RC".  Once you click this you will have to push the tiny button on the aircraft's VPS unit to complete the link (I didn't even know the button was there - you'll need a paperclip or pen),
