Today I updated the firmware of my batteries and my P3A, wanted to do the IMU and compass calibration, but once connected I tried to push the Camera button in the app to get to the menu for IMU calibration....this took a while after which the app crashed, this happened a few times after which I swhitched to my Samsung 8.4" Galaxy Tab pro. I could do the IMU and compass calibration and flew my battery to around 65% so that I could store it relatively easily. No problem here everuthing fine.

My last fligt with my iPad Air was on 20 Dec (FW 1.5.03), everything OK, other than that the updated flight results in a crash of the app on android both on my Android tablet as well as on y Android phone.
The flight of today can be opened in the app (to see it on the Map) but it does not indicate that I filmed.

I think there is something wrong with the app but what?

N.B. my ipad air runs on iOS 9.2 and latest version of the app.

Batteries, Remote Controller and P3A are all on last FW.

Can someone tell me what the cause is?

I had a similar problem but cannot say the cause.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it has worked correctly since.  The record icons now work too.

Glad you are up and flying, a lot of people had that issue on IOS including me. Deleting and re-installing the app did the trick.

I had the same problem,iPad mini and iPhone 6S Plus. I had to reinstall the softwares and it works fine now.

Hi Ken, Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year.

After deleted and reinstalled the DJI GO app to 2.4.3,my Library is empty.
How to I get back all the video files in the Library.I know the video files still in the sd card but at a higher HD resolutions. How to compress it to 720 pixels resolutions for the iPad mini 4?

If you didn't sync everything to the cloud then those flights are may be lost.
