With the Camera Settings Dial on the Remote Control I can change the ISO. But I want to change the Shutter Speed with this Dial. How can I do this?

Currently, the dial can't control the shutter speed, you can change the shutter speed by the app.

Unless I'm terribly mistaken (given that a DJI rep said it cant), if you have the latest DJI Go App (2.4.3), the dial is a button itself. and when you press it, it changes between shutter speed and ISO.  So you can change the ISO and Shutter speed with the same dial by switching back and forth between the two by pressing the dial itself.  Hope that helps.
