I want to buy phantom 3 professional and my smartphone is samsung galaxy s5. Dji recommend this smartphone for using with dji go app but many people say that doesn't working good and the app becoming laggy and slow after 5 minutes of fly with the aircraft

i just got a P3 advanced and it works just fine with my S5, done about 1 hour of flying to far with a bunch of videos and photos

Still learning the ropes with my new machine and the S5, but, so far multiple flights and no real issues with the app on the S5.
No complaints to date.

I have Phantom 3 Std and Sam S5 - no problems or issues.

Oh should have put one thing to watch - suggest after you've had your flights you re-boot phone as App sometimes stops on and can drain the battery (and make the phone get warm) ?! Don't understand shy but there has been some posts about it so I'm not the only one who has noticed it...

Your S5 is on the DJI approved device list, it will work fine.
But to work better, use airplane mode, go into application manager and stop/force stop any unnecessary background running apps. Also, you with Pro/Advanced you can slow down the video transmission quality as well.

My S5 works great with my P3 Standard.  Biglewey is right though. Reboot the phone when you are done flying

Also stop or force stop all background running apps in the application manager. That too will make the GO app work better. If you get a little laggy video, for Pro/Adv you can also lower the video transmission quality.
