I've seen in some other threads people referring to solar flares, etc, interfering with GPS. Where do you look for information that predicts GPS problems, and what, specifically, should I be looking for?

I've also heard that there is a website that predicts the number of GPS satellites available to me at my location. Anyone know that link?

I use an app called k index monitor for solar warnings, it's always running in background and has a number value in the notifications bar. I haven't really used a gps app i just make sure lights are green and check how many sats the vision app says.
