hi guys
the new update of dji go app on mini ipad, version 2.4.3 keep going on crash

once i have p3a on, the transmitter on, it won't go in the Camera menu, but just keep waiting and then just crash out of the app

tried the android app and it is working fine

any suggestion?

There is something fishy on your iPad Mini. Follow the steps below to have a clean installation:

1. Delete DJI Go App from your iPad
2. Reboot iPad
3. Download latest version of DJI Go App and install it
4. Reboot iPad Mini

Try App again and see if the problems got resolved.

This is happening to lots of us out there with I pad mini. I am concerned that if I reinstall I will lose all videos

Yes, if you haven't saved the videos to the cloud then you will lose the videos when you delete the app.

Same here unfortunately Take out all the supplies and then the app keeps crashing. Make me look stupid with all the public watching ;). After I delete the app on my iPad mini4 and installed it again, the app is stable. But honestly, the confidence is a little bit gone now

I can now go to Camera mode without having to reinstall the App and losing my settings and videos and photos stored in "Library". I went to settings on the dji go app and went to " Clear video Cache" and " Clear Photo Cache" and then I could enter camera mode. Hope this helps others ?

Would it be a good idea for DJI to produce a tablet that worked with all apps that way there would be no compatibility issues.

Ipad mini 2 ios 8.4.1 no  problems with dji go 2.4.3

This helped me correct the problem. Thanks I also noticed that if you have nothing to clear, do it anyway. I did and it worked.

This worked for me. Thanks. Also even if video/photo cache shows 0' clear it anyways.

There was an issue with the GO app that you had to delete and reinstall the app and it wouldn't crash anymore, also you should use these approved devices, if you have jumpy video, or occasionally losing video signal try lowering the video Transmission Quality"

It was on all IOS devices, you just had to delete and reinstall the app and it fixed it.
