I did the latest update today the Dec 27th. The update seemed to run normally. Now I cannot connect to the DJI Go App via my Phantom 3 advanced. I unhooked and tested the DJI GO App on the Inspire 1 and it works fine. Reinstalled the DJI Go app but still does not connect to the phantom 3 advanced.

Hi , Could you please tell me what's the firmware you've updated ? Please confirm the App version and the firmware versions are up to date .  Could you please take a video of that ?

Same thing here. Just got it...havent flown it yet due to weather, and my video freezes up the app on my galaxy s5. Takes long time to connect to the app. All updates are current. C1 and C2 buttons dont work all the time now to. I get a black screen with dji logo across it. Im not flying this til i know i can shoot video. I think the app needs updated after going to firmware 1.6

I uploaded the firmware to the above version.
I deleted and downloaded the latest app for my iPad.

Have you tried reset the RC by this way ? Press the C1 C2 button and the video recording button  , keep them pressed and turn off the RC , then keep them pressed and turn on the RC .

Please check the 6pin cable connecting the gimbal and aircraft .

Yes i have tried resetting the remote. Don't see any problem with the cables

Please try downgrading the firmware version to 1.5.3 and upgrade again .

Did that fix the issue?
