Hi, where I can find the serial number of my Osmo? On the bottom of my there are two Numbers : one start with MAC 6060 ......
And the second with 06NDCK.......

I do not think the number on the roll axis is the serial number. The only numbers on my gimbal were product and licensing codes. You will find two serial numbers printed on the box, one for the gimbal ("Handle S/N"), and one for the battery ("Battery S/N"). My gimbal serial number is "0BSDDI2******N", and it looks nothing like any of the numbers on my gimbal.

I've been trying to buy the shield also but it keeps saying not valid serial numbers.

Part of the reason i get it straight from dji buy it at the same time and no questions.   May pay a bit more but easier in long run.
