Please be aware if you buy direct from the DJI Store and you have issues, it will cost you alot of money to send back, to send back to the Germany Support center from the UK, £91, for something I am confident in saying is a quality control issue. I would advise buying from a distributer locally to you or at least in the same country

Well why didn't you then ?
I bought mine from Buzzflyer in the UK in July with the extra battery and next day delivery, knowing that if I had any problems they would sort it out, unfortunately everything has been perfect, so not been able to test their customer service.

I wasn't aware of many suppliers in Uk and also on the DJI support page it lists heliguy as a uk support dealer but this is not the case, after speaking with Scott at heliguy, and you have to send to Germany,  I also, wrongly, thought the best service would be from DJI direct

9 UK dealers are listed in the find a dealer page.
Heliguy is one of them and on his web site it says this
"We are an authorized Tier 1 Distributor for DJI Innovations. We can deal with all warranty and repairs. We have two full time technicians and 4 inbound telephone lines for support Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT"
So its odd that they don't want to help you....

they will only offer warranty support on items they have supplied, i never looked at the UK dealer page

That's a bummer, off to Germany it has to go then.
