As you can see in the following pictures the camera is like pointing to a side. What could be the problem and the cause? Is there any solution?

Thanks in Advance! {:3_60:}

No problem my friend. Always glad to help where I can. Those things tear real easy. When you put it through the whole use your fingers to pull it thru. Using a screwdriver to poke it through will tear the rubber very easy.

Good Luck.

Hey Ultra! I Have a question. When I change the rubber taking out the plastic security is not easy, I think the i have to "break" the plastic and put a new one. it's that right?

More than likely it will break. I did got mine off without breaking it. I used needle nose plyers, and gentle push downward, force to it. And they came off. There are extras in your little silver bag.

It looks like u have not removed the cap on the camera lens. The extra weight of the cap will cause the camera to tilt downwards.

Like fadeawaychen said, remove the lens protector.
It's hard on the gimbal motors to run them with it left on the camera when the airframe is energized.
With everything as it should be, see if your camera still leans.

The isolation damper didn't tear itself...
perhaps a flip over or a rough landing?
Leaving the lens protector on...
not a common thing, I hope?
The gimbal is a fragile mechanism.
Even minor mistreatment could be the root of your problem.

I see it now a lot better.
You could try and fly it and bounce right to left hard a few times while your in the air. And see if it's not level.

After that if it's not level:

A full IMU recalibration in the software assistant may cure it.

See if this works for you. If not there are 2 other ways if it is a real problem for you.
