Selections such as pause and the slider for clockwise and anticlockwise only goes up to 4.2m/s and the radius can't be adjusted (stuck at zero) as well as the radius icon overlaps with the writing on the menu. Because of that I can't increase the radius above the five meter minimum so POI mode can't be used.) -
Any help or advice?

The radius is increased or decreased by you setting it with flying the aircraft to the distance of the radius you want.
If things are overlapping each other than my suggestion would be to delete and reinstall the app. Make sure to sync your flight records first.
