Bearing in mind if you upload a video you are promoting DJI's products for them, their T&C's seem to be a hefty price to pay. Could they take anymore?

And you expect anything different?
Skypixel is purely a channel for DJI to source free raw content for marketing purposes, nothing more.
It is intended to hook into people's inherent need to show off.

Avoid it if you don't want to give away your content.

That's the problem these days, everyone just sits back and 'ACCEPTS' it and does nothing about it. Have you looked at the Terms & Condition you have to accept to use apps - take a look.

You're right, everyone wants to be famous.

Its the way it works in todays world. Nothing is free. You pay with either money, your information, time, etc.

Just take the positive and have fun with the SkyPixel program.

Nothing 'fun' about paying to by the equipment then being expected to give away what you have created - where's 'reasonable' come into it?

Doesn't this make it illegal for most flyers in the US who aren't supposed to use images for commercial purposes?  While I doubt it's policed, it seems like taking photos and giving them to DJI for marketing purposes without a 333 is problematic.
