There's a lot of information about amazing Olympus 12mm lens on X5 camera. Is it really worth replacing the original DJI 15mm lens? Both are priced equally, more or less. They're not identical in specs, but seemingly close enough. Is anybody out there who actually was able to compare both? Please support my urge to slap another $600 or convince me not to.

It was long time ago when I posted this thread ... Meantime I purchased Oly 12mm and never used original DJI lens since. It's much, much better lens in all aspects. Moreover, it provides better FPV experience IMO.

I wish I bought the 12mm from the get go. Wider, better quality glass. no reason not to get it over the 15mm.

it's a pretty different focal length.

The 15mm is a very, very solid lens.
