While doing the upgrade from 1.3 to 1.5 rc, and the error is present rc remains with all fixed LEDs and white.

I contacted via telephone and e-mailed me the GS_OFDM.BIN file, place it on a stick and started the RC, but the RC no sound and all the LEDs are on.

On the page there is a download for a binary 1.04, you believe may be updated from version 1.03 to 1.05 is causing the problem?

Please, I have a project pending home detention so I appreciate your help.

What firmware is your aircraft and RC currently on. (look in the About of the general Settings)
If your RC is at least 1.3 then you do not need to use a USB plugged into the controller, the controller updates through the app.
