Hi,
Sorry, I haven't been able to find a thread, although I'm sure it's in here, for which filter set is best?
I'm usually in the i1 forum, but broke down and picked up a P3 for travelling.
I use Rennat's set and a SRP nd16CP on my i1.
I film alot of full sun surfing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, I really like the Polar Pro DJI Phantom 3 3-Pack.
. 3 pack from Amazon for $69 shipped. Very pleased with results.

Tacos look promising. I am concerned about weight on the gimbal. Tacos are lighter than Polar Pro.

And you do not need a polarizer. Waste of money on a moving platform, but you probably already knew that.

I've got the Taco ND filters and they are great and come with a fitted case if you buy the set + free shipping.

Thanks, I hadn't seen these
I don't find the polarizer does anything bad to my video?
I set the darkest to the top and it seems to protect the sky & clouds for me more than my non CP filters.

A circular polarizer has no top. It's the position of the filter to the sun that makes it light or dark. A circular polarizer is at it's darkest when it's 90 degrees to the sun. As you move the Phantom's orientation to the sun, the sky will grow lighter or darker. This can make for a distracting video.

A graduated filter has a darker top.

Thanks aopisa!
I completely mis understood the polarizer and how to use it.
That's a great article.
I used my non cp nd's today, on my i1, and the footage is definitely better.
And it's a much lighter filter, same as stock, camera doesn't drop as soon as power is off.
My gimbal and I thank you.

No noticeable colour shift only a darkening of the picture which is what they should do.
