Did you run your RC & Assistant software? The latest version of the RC Assistant Software is v1.1 and the latest Assistant Software version is v3.2. You can get both from DJI at there website, here is the link: http://www.dji.com/product/phantom-2-vision-plus/download Note if you are using a PC verses a MAC you will need to install the DJI WIN Driver. If you are not familiar with how to run the software I previously mentioned here are a couple of pretty good tutorial videos: http://youtu.be/695FLzWT_ko and http://youtu.be/ovzm_YoCwo0
As far as powering up your Phantom is concerned you have not powered it up with the gimbal clamp in place have you? Do that should initiate an error message to remove the gimbal clamp. Doing it to frequently could knock the camera out of level. You mentioned it is only a couple of days old. You did not have any hard landings, did you? This could also knock the camera out of alignment. Also in traveling around always make sure you have your gimbal clamp on. Check out this video does you camera appear to be doing this: http://youtu.be/SFxM8OOWRQc If that is the case still after running the software it sounds like something is physically wrong with your camera. I would contact DJI or your seller at once. You have a significant amount of money invested in your Phantom. If it is a factory fault it needs to be addressed. I see you are in Scotland, I live in London. I actually purchased my Phantom from Marionville Models based in Scotland. The owners name is Ricc if need be give him a call or shoot him an email. His company is great as far as sales, support, and offers service if need be. There website address is: http://www.marionvillemodels.com Best of luck, let me know how you make out. |
