I have the inspire 1 and the pro. I have 6 extra batteries not including the original that came with each bird. Is it ok to use all six batteries among both bird or should I dedicate 3 of the batteries exclusevely for the inspire and the  other 3 for the Pro?

I am sure you will get many opinions on this question. It most likely would not matter at all.

Firstly, you are very lucky to have both Inspires   

Personally I would mark each set of three batteries for Inspire 1 and Inspire 1 Pro. The reason I would keep these batteries separated is in the event you need to troubleshoot issues down the road. IMO the Inspire 1 Pro will have more loading (due to weight) and very well stress the batteries more the Inspire 1. This is only my guess, but it would be nice to monitor the differences over time, wear and tear of the two aircraft on the batteries.
