Since a few days, it's not possible anymore to Login into my skypixel account - it always say "Server error"...

Any solution or idea?

We was upgrading skypixel server, so there could be some failures in the system.
Now it's working properly

Thank you for the Info - but I still just get "sever error"...
No Chance to log in...

I got Login fails what to do? i have change my password but not helping so far. i get error message.

still the same for me - I guess DJI wnats us to Login via our Facebook or Twitter acount...?

i found the problem already. u not go to sky pixel to change password just go to dji web account and change there the password after that im can  access to my sky pixel account and Dji go app, now works!

Please, guys who still facing the problems with login, post your login ID here (NO NEED PASSWORD)

Trying to reset my password in Dji go app to see flight logs on a new iPad .sky pixel sends to my email acc then the re set link will not open. No way. Tried 9 times .

Ok I was finally able to login today.  But i takes several trys for whatever reason.  Usually says "error validate code" but finally let me login after repeated attempts.  In fact it seems to only allow when its 4 numerical characters.  Go figure.

Same "ERROR VALIDATE CODE"  any workaround?

it's "key sensitive" - you have to enter your mail adress the exact same way as registered...

Anyway, glad to know that it is not caused by a server error, haha! Just tried to log in, the server is pretty fine.

I can't log into my Skypixel account.  All I get is a 'Server Error' and when I try to do a password reset, the reset mail doesn't arrive.

I've read the thread above and have tried logging in with my DJI username and password, but no luck as I get the server error.  I can log into the DJI site no problem.

Sorry for not covering you, may I know which way do you access Skypixel? On DJI GO 4 app or on a PC?
Have you tried to use another browser and internet? Please help to confirm. It would be nice if you could provide us with a screenshot. Thank you.

My login is stefan@kraemies.de, login worked in browsers for dji.com and skypixel. WTH, is it not possible to login in the same way using the app on Adroid? I have special characters in the password, not sure if it matters. The validation code in the app does not simplify it too, it seems to pop up out of nowhere sometimes.
I changed my pw in DJI.com, later in Skypixel to the same, but the App still does not work.

After waiting time, several attempts to login, deinstallation/reinstallation of the App, I still could not login.
So I tried to change my password again, to something very stupid. Just 8 characters, 6 letters and 2 numbers. This immediately worked. Can it be many of the login issues are related to password complexity?

As for this case, could you please help to confirm that you were getting the "Server Error" when trying to log in the DJI GO 4 app instead of Skypixel, and it couldn't be the case of wrong typing the password, right? Please kindly provide me with the info, I would like to confirm this case with the proper team. Thanks for your feedback.

Hi there, may we know if you used the mobile device or the browser on the computer to access SkyPixel? Please try to refresh the web and try again. Please provide a screenshot of the whole page if the issue persists, thank you.
