My status says it is awaiting payment, yet, I have not been contacted about said payment, nor do I know what is wrong with it!  anyone know what the deal with the lack of info?

I'm in the same boat, "awaiting payment" but I have never received any email about a cost. I love the DJI products but experienced a loss of signal incident and instead of the RTH function, the craft just kept going in a straight line after the loss of signal and smashed itself against a tree. This was the first flight after I updated the new firmware on the P3S and only flew a few flights before the crash. I am HOPING DJI will take care of me for a less than 30 day old drone!

service was questionable at best, I sent it in they said I had a cracked main board and a broken motor, charged me $399 to fix it now I cannot get the firmware to update, one would think for 400 bucks they would have made that update too.
