I noticed I get a lot of wobble using this lens whereas the DJI 15mm lens works perfect. Does anyone have any ideas how to correct this? Here is a link to the video

The lens needs to be perfectly in balance on the gimbal. Is your lens in balance?
Is it a zoom lens or fixed?

Its a fixed prime lens, not zoom. When you say "perfectly balanced" what do you mean? The lens screws on to the camera body and clicks firmly and securely in to place.

Maybe it requires a balancing ring.

Hi,

Where can I buy the balancing ring for the Olympus 25mm? It's the same as the alancing Ring for Panasonic 15mm f/1.7 ASPH Prime Lens on the DJI store? (10g)
http://store.dji.com/product/zen ... om=related_products

If it's correct. Where can I buy another one for the Olympus 45mm? (14g)

Thanks

do I also need a balancing ring for the Zenmuse X5 DJI MFT 15mm f/1.7 ASPH that comes with the inspire pro? - as I noticed a little lens wobble on this too..

I wouldn't go too fast with that telephoto lens wind can oscillate faster then the gimble can handle... if so shouldn't you play with the gimbles stabilization to compensate... Also the focus seems to always auto focusing... leave in manual and stick it in infinite.... lock exposure too...

The image seems stable, as in, the framed image itself doesn't jerk or wobble about - it seems very stable. It's the footage itself which appears to have ripple waves running through it .. Is this 100% due to lack of stabilisation ring?

To me, that looks like a wind or blade issue more than a stabilization issue.  Having the lens balanced differently might affect the vibrating, but those are microvibrations caused by either the wind or a seriously misbalanced prop.  My understanding is that the gimbal is tuned to compensate for slower movements, but I don't know the actual math involved.  My guess is that having a continuous load on the gimbal caused by in imbalance will make it more difficult for the gimbal to compensate for quick changes in the load, but I don't know.  In any case, you should add some weight to the front of the lens.  A 37mm filter and maybe a step up ring and step down ring will help.  I suggest buying a variety of step up and step down rings that you can use to balance the lenses in conjunction with whatever UV/ND/Polarizer filters you might want to use.

You would not notice the microvibrations in the 15mm lens due to the wider field of view.
