How come on DJI download site you can see   Phantom 2 Vision Release Notes dated 2014-11-28, but on the very same site you can see items with later dates, example Phantom RC Assistant Software v1.2 - 2014-12-03. ????

The most obvious answer is, in fact, the actual answer -- DJI is not doing a very good jobs of keeping the Release Notes updated.
