I picked up my P3S yesterday and everything was going smooth until I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi with my iPhone. it gives me the check mark like its connected but it is not actually connected. can anyone help with this issue? thank you!

By not connected you mean it cannot enter the camera view,  or you just can't see the video. I bit more details would be highly appreciated
