Don't usually do this, but I feelmore people need to when experienced remarkable customer service.  

I have had my Inspire 1 for a year now, no issues apart from2 weeks ago when the controller got bricked! I called up ProAv http://www.proav.co.uk/ and explained. Straightaway they were on the case. I was instructed to post the controller back to themand they would sort everything out for me. Typically I had a few jobs todo with the Inspire, so I called the shop to see how long it would take to getthe controller back. 4 weeks I was quoted, but to my amazement Liam in salessaid he would post me his own controller while my controller is being fixed byDJI. The next day is arrived in the post and the bird is airborne thanks tothem.
