The online BETA Authorization Map has many no-fly authorization areas that, when clicked on, have no desciption, but all have an ID #...HOW can the ID # be looked up?? I ask because I have found many HUGE authorization zones that make no sense.
The 3 largest being
AK, east of Fairbanks ------------------------- 95,000 sq mi (approx)
USA, off the north Pacific coast ------------- 45,000 sq mi (approx)
TX - LA coast ----------------------------------- 25,000 sq mi (approx)

Easily found is FAAs 5mi radius rule around major airports. I have heard FAA has "small print" with regard to the 4 Airport Catagories and 6 subcatagories (7 if you include remote/private airstrips) with the understanding that a decrease in size, volume, tower, beacon, etc each also comes a decrease in applied radius.
Can anyone point me to FAA documentation that difinitively addresses the no-fly zone of these lesser airports??
