Yesterday, I just updated my H3-3D Gimbal to V10.0.0.1 and when I turn on, it's not working . I tried the factory reset and downloaded again, but it's still not working. Any solutions?

Did you get one of the new remote controls with the gimbal thumbwheel? (that's the only reason why you would need to do that update)  
In the Vision Assistant software, did you select the correct transmitter type (basic or advanced)?

It's just not moving

Uhh, you're going to have to be a LOT more specific than "It's just not moving" if you expect anybody to help figure out your problem!    Details dude!

For starters, identify WHICH remote control you have and please verify whether or not you actually went through the Transmitter calibration WITHOUT SOFTWARE.  And what, if anything, happened.  When you power on the Phantom, does the gimbal go through any of it's self test movements?  Are you saying it's not moving then?

1. Factory Reset 2. Don't turn off the phantom 2 just connect to the assistant software v3.0 3. If the Gimbal firmware is gone, re-download 4. Turn off and Turn on with go pro on 5. It will work if you followed in order
