Take a look at this picture, I had 10 photos that looked similar to this in my shoot of about 50 photos, the banding was never the same, sometimes dark, light and never in the same place....any ideas?

Never tried manual, I was on automatic. most of the pictures were perfect...I'll try some more later this week and see if it happens again. I'll post another that was really bad.

yeah, please,  i'd like to see if it happens in a manual mode

Try detach the camera and check the connectors. Reattach after that. Try taking some photos just from the ground and see if the problem persists.

This could be a bad memory card.. I've had similar with a bad sd card before.. have you got another micro sd you can try? otherwise send in the whole camera unit for a replacement.
