As I mentioned in the other thread,  I don't think parts of this ordinance will hold up in court - should the operators choose to fight.

Airspace is governed and regulated by the FAA.  Local organizations can not add/modify/change those ordinances.  If they could,  think of the chaos that could ensue.  Imagine if little town Podunk, Tx decides to regulate airspace over their town, such that any aircraft, at any altitude would have to pay a "toll" to transit!!

This will fall the same way that those local ordinances that tried to prohibit citizens from filming police in action.   

Having said that,  I think a local organization could go after someone for endangering a rescue operation.

Let's hope you're right. It will be interesting to see the outcome of any trial and if it gets thrown out.
