I have a problem that has developed after the latest firmware update. After going through the normal pre flight preps with Everthing powered up it appears as if I get satellite lock all green then it goes into a green red light sequence one green and then one red. I do not get and errors, the motors won't spool up I have nothing but control over my gimbal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must re calibrate Radio in both RC assistant and Phantom assistant and don't forget X1 cal after firmware updates

Great... That worked. Now my gimbal won't respond to X1. I'm going to recalibrate Everthing again.

Do you have the thumbwheel on your tc for camera control?

If you have the thrmbwheel on your RC, then you need to select Upgrade version in the PT2 Assistant Software.
