App says "Weak image transmission signal"
Channel info says "strong interference... "


I upgraded from 1.3 to 1.6 and now my P3P is a door stop.

I can connect to the drone, once in a while I can fly it just by video display... not today though.

The video display is OK but I cannot communicate with the drone at all via the android app.  

I can't see drone version or do simple stuff like change channel, it fails always.

I can downgrade the drone and upgrade at will, but doesn't help at all.

I can move the gimbal up and down.... even now when it won't spin the props

Problem may be in the RC but I cannot re-flash it or downgrade it....

The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the aircraft.

Have you verified you are not in a no fly zone?

I'm in Canada, shouldn't be any NFZ.  I did take it out to a friends to try different location but same issue.

     What version of the DJI Go app are you using?  The later versions also update the RC.

Aloha.  I'm using the latest version.  Tried downgrading on my phone last night to make sure it wasn't an app problem.  Went back to 4.x and same deal.  My Nexus 9 is running the latest app.  The apps say my remote and app are latest version but can't 'see' the drone.

Please reset the RC by pressing the C1 + C2 + Photo  buttons, keeping them pressed and TURN OFF the controller.Then ,keep the C1 + C2 + Trigger (photo) buttons pressed  and turn the controller on .

I had the same issues, fixed by updating the Go App through the update button in Google Play Store.

Update.  I went to a local drone shop and tested my drone and controller and verified the controller was messed up.  Bought a used controller and shipped the old controller through RMA.  DJI picked up the cost of shipping so very simple, jist had to print the shipping papers.  Took a few days to get there and 2 days to repair and ship back.  Repair is free of charge and it is on its way back so i am quite happy.
