I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CC and for some reason all clips shot with the Osmo export pixelated even when I match the source material in export settings. Original video plays just fine. Doesn't matter if I shoot 1080p 30FPS or 60FPS or 4K.

I have done some sample testing and it seems that if I encode at anything other than CBR 60 I get pixelated video. I can't use VBR at all. This is very impractical as most of the time I am including Osmo clips in with other camera footage that is well below the 60 Mbps. All of my videos are for YouTube and most of the time a variable bitrate of 16 max works out perfectly.  It is unfortunate that if I include any Osmo clips at all I need to use a constant bitrate of 60Mbps for my whole video.
