Hi guys,I have a Ronin and recently I got the follow focus to add on it. I tryed to use it but the problem is that even if the autocalibration works, when is time to use the wheel the motor is not moving.
What can I do? I have looked for everything even upgraded the firmware but nothing change.

Please help me.

1. Make sure the FM of both motor and controller are up to date;
2. When you did the auto calibration, did you calibrate successfully? it shows "Done!" on the screen if it calibrated successfully

Hi Cathy, I updated all the firmware for the controller and the motor! I calibrated with the auto calibration and its says done! I also tried with the other calibration techniques but nothing change, when I turn the wheel the motor doesn't move, or it's move once in a while but not under my control.This is a video of what happen:

Have you contacted the support center for possible repair?If you have done all the troubleshooting steps, a repair may be the next step.

I never got a contact from Dji, I also sent to my Italian distributor that sent it to Dji Holland, now it's back to me and It's not working again, what can I do?
I sent another mail to the support and this is the 3rd, can someone help me?

The RMA is correct, probably is no longer active cause the package is back to me and I cannot event find on the dealer website.

Did you solved? I'm curious because I received 3 replacement motor from Holland because the first I bought died in 3 weeks. No one of the motor I received work properly.
Are you ok now with your DJI FOCUS unit?
