Hi all,

So I've now synced 21 flight logs and I'm still at level 0.

Is there something I'm missing? Why won't my stats increase?

Can you be more specific please? Like what is total flight time to reach level 1? How many photos/videos do I need to snap for a level up? Etc?

yea, my xp does not move at all. Ive been stuck at level 20 for some time and i have like 300 flights

I've also stuck at level 13 and also others medals counter stopped to work except the sharing master medal. But seems that server does not update always

Same – my levels were increasing up until a few weeks ago...I've since taken close to 100 photos and not a single one of them shows up under the "photographer" part...its kind of silly to be bummed about their gamification..but...those levels tho

Me too. And while gamification is the perfect word for what it is, and while I certainly didn't get my drone for this reason, and while nobody else but me k nm ows how many points I have, it's still nice to see the points racking up. I actually logged on this morning for the expressed purpose of trying to find an answer to this issue.

Yes, I'm agree! It's cool see our progress and it encourages to fly more.

I read on what was probably another thread regarding this same issue that they only update the counters at the end of the month. However, the end of the month has now come and gone, and nothing updated. My picture count updates, just not my pilot stats. I also read somewhere that it was a known issue and that it would be fixed in the next update. I wonder if DJI-Amy might comment.

What is wrong with the answer? I don't know how many flights it takes to bring the level up. I have over 3 hundred and I'm on level 21. So needing over 21 flights doesn't sound out of the realm of what's needed to move up levels.
But I made that post over a month ago, I now know that the stats are updated monthly.

I have the same problem.  It should at least update daily.  

Same here, have well over 300 flights and stopped counting, stays on the same time, flight distance and level. Hopefully someone can give an answer. It's nice to have. I also think my battery life percentages and charge numbers are stuck as well.

I also found that my status updates only about every 3 months or so. Flying regularly, that's a lot of flights... but since everything else appears to work OK I don't care. Anyway I keep my own log with video numbers & maintenance notes, etc.

The stats are updated monthly.
And why do you say your battery life and charge numbers are stuck?
The battery life should stay the same and will do down a percent after several cycles. I have 5r charges on one of my batteries and mine still says 98%.
And you have to take the battery down to less than half until it will register another charge.

Okay Ken got ya on the status update being every month but on my smart batteries on the DJI GO app I understand the percentage takes time to go down after several charges but the times charged is staying on 94 times charges, I do cycle the batteries every 20 charges as DJI recommends and always run batteries down to about 30 to 25%  and then 8% on recycle. It has been on 94 and I have recharged this battery at least 40 to 50 more times.

OK, I see what you are saying now. You've charged it up around 40-50 times and the counter is still stuck on 94 charges? and What does the battery life percentage say.
I've never heard of that issue before.
Do you have more than one battery? If so, does that one work fine.
And if you only have one battery, maybe sync your flight records then delete and reinstall the app.
If it still will not change then do another calibration and if it still will not change then I suggest calling the support center Monday, 818-235-0789

Hi Ken

Yes I have 4 batteries, two with well over 140 flights each and two newer ones with about 15 each. The two older ones have a battery life of 86% with 81 times charged, the other has 82% left and charged 95 times. I can reinstall the Go app if needed? I sync flights after every time I'm done flying. On the calibration, are you talking about calibrating the batteries themselve. I'm not too concerned but it is nice to know the data and life of the batteries. Ken do yo know the life span of these? Are they not around 300 charges?   Thanks for your help.                   Jim

Yes, delete the app to see if that helps.
