Bought an Inspire when first released from Copter Shop, which appears to be no more. Need to send in for ESC error, motors will not start.

Online support feature on this website doesn't work on my iMac. What's my best approach to get it serviced?

A positive note which seems to be rare in these forums. Sent my bricked Inspire 1 in, got it back in under three weeks fixed, no charge. Pretty easy process, and it does fly without issue upon return.

Thanks for posting your positive experience, barely anyone ever does. they only post negative. If 100% of the customers posted their experience it would be really hard to find negative posts within all the threads
