Resolve can make use of AMD cards as well, of which they has a quite high end one. Looks like Balthazar resolved the issue but change the scratch drive location.

After updating video card and chipset drivers then moving the files from Storage HDD to Program SSD things went a lot better.

Now there's no lag in DaVinchi.

Did a test render hehe 10 gig .mov file, choppy but the music was there
Another step closer.

SO, what are your Format/FPS/Bitrate etc settings when saving files for youtube?

*He, he, he* Good one, there!

Seems like Resolve 12.3 just got released. Since I bought it via App Store, I have to wait until the release passed through their checks. Might take days or a week or so.

I think the 3:rd one is better.

Can I come with ideas and comments?
Test putting the logo at the top left or top right, and make it bigger.
Test another font for the days and times, a sans serif that is clean, something like Helvetica.
If it is difficult to read, you could always add a partially transparent background to the days/times.

Enjoy the editing and coloring!

I think Resolve is truly great for color correction, but FCPX handles the editing better. Just my .02.

Resolve will get better at the editing part, can't say the same for FCPX though. In any event, it is not a good comparison between a free application and a paid one and more particularly one that only works on an Apple platform.
