I've been waiting for a while on a response from DJI customer service regarding a mishap with my Phantom 3 Professional.  It's been 13 days since their last response.  How long does it normally take?  I just had a few questions I wanted answered, which shouldn't take that long.

yeah they don't like speed,  I'm still waiting after my p3a dropped from 8m in a 6 second flight.  Calling and email waste of time so far in a week
