I'm pretty sure I was sent a defective battery. The button won't push at all, like it's stuck. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I shouldn't have to wait 3 more weeks because you sent a defective item.
Hmm... very rear case, you can try to slightly pick the button with toothpick or something sharp ( but without scratching plastic )
Could you please shoot a video of the issue?
I have tried picking at it with my fingernail and it doesn't do anything. The battery won't charge either. I plugged it in for 5 minutes and the lights never came on. I will try to record a video and post it.
Did you try to charge it?
