any other way to make video setting other than the app I try to change  the video resolution and tha app keeps crashing on my Iphone even  deleted app and reinstalled it and still does the same. Only seems to  crash on video setting set camera just fine

Sorry you are haning trouble.
Is your iPhone at least a 5s? IF not, you need  a 5s or higher.
If you do have that, then delete and reinstall the app.

You pretty much need a newer device.
If you have a Pro or Advanced, you can lower the video transmission quality and that will give you smoother video.

I am having the same issue. Have you had the problem fixed? It is very frustrating.  The app worked well a few weeks ago.

Also I tried to change video resolution with an iPhone 5C and the app crashes, while with an iPad mini 2 all go fine.

I have the same issues with my Ipod 5.  It worked fine until the latest IOS update.  I just chatted with DJI and they said that the DJI Go App is not really compatible with Ipod, but it seems to be with the Apple 5 devices.  It has something to do with the device. I used my wife's android device and worked fine.

My Ipod touch is the same as the iphone5 but without the cell connection.  Plus it worked fine a couple weeks ago.

Try a friends phone or something that's on the recommended list and you'll see that it works fine.

The Go app locks up when taping Video Setting botton.  Everyhitng was working fine Friday morning Feb 12.  THen in the afternoon, the app started locking up and shutting down.  Both my ipad 3 gen and DJI Go app were up-to-date.  Does anyone know of any fixes?
