How long does it take for a response from customer support. emailed Jan 30th about a fault, autoreply, tried online support and told call eu support. Called eu support and informed somebody from Holland dealing with it. Its been almost a week and nothing. Uploaded flight data. What is the problem with eu customer support seriously?
