Hi Guys,

Today i took my Bike and wanted to make a Video outside.

This fails because i recognized a too short Screw on the Bikemount.

If you look at the Extensionarm the Thread comes out to the Edge.

On the Bikemountsystem the Thread is about 3 mm inside and the Screw is not able to fit.

Did i got the wrong Screw with it because that one is definately too short or does anyone have same Issue?

I Think i was was detailed enough so i´ll try to give more Ideas what i am talking about.

The Screw is too short to get a Connection to the Extensionarm !

I need the Extensionarm because of the Construction of my Bike.

Please take a Look at the attached PIc´s and let me know if you have an idea for Help.

DJI accessories are of very poor quality. Remember the first batch of tripods they made with the screw to long? They come in a fancy black box though.

Looks like your missing the screw on the bike mount.
The bike mount screws into the extension bar.
Not the way you have it with the extension bar screwing into the bike mount.

The Bikemount did not come with any special or longer Screw in the Box of the Bikemount.
I have and use the screw from my Extensionarms and they have all same Length.

So please let me know what i am doing wrong here ?

Hi, the screw holes of the Bike mount and the Extension arm are designed differently, you can unscrew the rosette and check out. So, you've got the right set.

Hi, I just attached two pictures of standard configuration of Extension Arm accessaries for your reference.
Please check with your own accessaries and try to figure out the right way to mount them together.

Well i have this Screw but using that one it comes out the other hand side and is too long.

Please have a Look to my Pics and give it a Try.
You will recognise the Problem i´ve got.
Neither the Short nor the Long will fit here.

Hi, compared to the picture of rj74 (4#), we can see that your plug in the screw in an opposite direction. Have you noticed that?

well you are right but the way i did the problem still exists.

the way i can fix it like " rj74" did it i can use my OSMO in flashlightmode only and i have not other space on my bike because there are lots of cables and tubes

Easy..man. I'm afraid you may need to re-design your whole rig. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
